Emergence was painted in 2023 with acrylic paints on canvas. I wanted to create a world of emerging forms that coalesced together across the canvas. It is active and atmospheric at the same time. Does the title reflect the emergence of shapes or the emerging light behind the shapes? Perhaps it reflects a hope for a better tomorrow.
