Two Sunflowers was painted with acrylic paint on raw canvas in 2023. It began as a bouquet of flowers in a vase and morphed into the two remaining sunflowers. One is vibrant and one is starting to decay. There can be many personal interpretations of the meaning behind the poses of the two flowers. Is it a weird self-portrait? Does it symbolize the state of the world we are living in?
The painting is currently stretched on a wooden stretcher and can be shipped as is or rolled (and then stretched by your framer).
